The Perfect Pullup

I’m sure you’ve seen the commercial already for the Perfect Pushup. Well, we just ran into the latest product from the makers of Perfect Pushup. It’s Perfect Pullup of course.

If there were only three exercises we’d recommend for total body workout with maximum effect, they would be the pushup, the squat and definitely the pullup. The pullup is an excellent exercise for training your biceps, back, forearms and even your abdominal muscles if you’re executing properly. (Engage your abs so they’re flexed, keeping your stomach and back as flat as possible during each pullup.)

The Perfect Pullup features rotating handles and swing arms to optimize every repetition. You can even perform the Australian pullup to focus on your latissimus dorsi, the large back muscles that look like wings on a body builder. The Perfect Pullup fits doors 27″ to 36″ wide. Just make sure you duck before walking through the door!
